Winter 2012/2013: Liv Lax Sandstorm Tournament Team

Practice schedule and Tournament Schedule will be posted on TeamSnap.

• Teams: Liv Lax will be taking a High School Division Team to the Sandstorm Lacrosse Festival in Palm Springs on January 12, 13.
• Ages: 9th-12th Grade Boys in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding area.
• Season: December-January 15.
• Practices: 8-10 practices will be held over the Holiday Break at Crespi HS, Encino, CA.
• Games: 5 game guarantee with the possibility to advance to the semis and finals.
• Cost: The yet to be determined fee covers Liv Lax shorts, Liv Lax pinnie, tournament fee, practice space and coaches fees. Transportation, hotel and meals are the responsibility of the player/parent. Player must be a member of US Lacrosse.
• Equipment: Equipment must be provided by the player.
• Registration: Registration will open in the Fall of 2012.

Sandstorm 2012 Recap:

Liv Lax made its tournament debut at the Sandstorm Lacrosse Festival at the Empire Polo Grounds in Palm Springs. With a 19 man roster and players from Crespi and Chaminade HS it was a great weekend of Lacrosse in one of the best run tournaments around.  Liv Lax finished the tournament with a record of 2-2-1 in the the 14 team High School Division and did well against some of the best competition that the West Coast has to offer. We are already looking forward to participating next year!
