Camp Dates
Liv Lax Winter Lacrosse Camp – 7th, 8th and 9th Grade
This camp is great for players of all skill levels who want to improve their stick skills, work on quick feet, and increase their Lacrosse IQ. The camp will be kept small in numbers to ensure each player gets plenty of reps and personal instruction. Beginners are encouraged to attend and loaner equipment is available!
- Ages: 7th, 8th & 9th Grade Boys (6th graders interested please email Brock at www.livlax@hotmail.com). 10 participants required to conduct camp.
- Dates: Sundays. December: 8, 15, 22, January: 5, 12.
- Time: 12pm-2pm.
- Location: Crespi Carmelite High School, Encino, CA
- Cost: $150 per camper or $35 per day.

- Equipment: Loaner equipment is available if requested prior to camp. Campers will need: helmet, elbow pads, shoulder pads, stick, gloves and cleats/sneakers (Turf Field).

- 12:00: Dynamic Warm Up
- 12:15: Game Specific Stick Drills
- 12:45: Position Skill Sessions
- 1:00: Coaches Demonstration
- 1:15: Team Play (3 v 3, 6 v 6) & Games

Crespi Lacrosse Camp 2014
Coach Brock will work with players on individual skills as well as team play in game time situations. Players of all skill level are welcome.
- Ages: Boys ages 11-14.
- Date: TBD.
- Time: 9am-12pm.
- Location: Crespi Carmelite High School, Encino, CA.
- Cost: TBD

- Equipment: Campers will need the following Lacrosse equipment: helmet, elbow pads, shoulder pads, stick, gloves and cleats (turf field). If you need to borrow equipment, please email Coach Brock at blivingston@crespi.org prior to the camp.
